A favorite at our house is to use the juicer to make this delicious juice.

1 lemon
20 - 30 g turmeric
100 – 150 g ginger
4 medium-sized carrots
I love hummus and of course you can add turmeric to it too. Here is a recipe I tested, I found the recipe on Ica.se.
1 package of cooked, rinsed chickpeas
¾ cup tahini (sesame paste)
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
1 ½ teaspoon turmeric
1 tsp sambal oelek
½ tsp cumin
salt
Blend everything until smooth with a hand blender or in a food processor. If it seems too thick, thin with a little water. Season with salt to taste.
Serve as a dip or stir into wraps and salads. I usually put it on crusty bread and top with tomatoes and cucumber.
I put turmeric in couscous salads vegetable stews soups salad dressings smoothies it's just a matter of testing yourself. More turmeric for the people!
