SPA AT HOME - FOR NORMAL TO SLIGHTLY DRY SKIN
Saving ritual for shower or sauna:
If possible - dim the lights in the bathroom, play music that you enjoy. Feel free to put a pitcher of water and a vegetable of your choice in the water.
1. Step into the shower and let the water splash over your head. Take three deep breaths and feel the water wash away your worries and stress. Connect with each part of your body by tensing your right leg, squeezing your left leg, and stretching your arms. Finish with three deep breaths.
2. Take Eco Clean Face Canola - apply this to the bridge of the nose, chin and forehead. Work with circular movements around the ears towards the neck. Finish by pulling the palms of your hands with light movements from the nose towards the neck and décolleté. You clean the skin and also do a lymphatic drainage.
3. Increase the temperature of the water as much as you can so that it is still comfortable. Feel how hot you get, the steam in the room becomes intense and your pores open up significantly.
4. Wash your entire body with Body Shower Lemongrass. Use a small terry towel that you wet and apply body shower to. Rinse thoroughly. Then turn off the water.
5. Take Sauna Birch Scrub - Start by applying it to the tops of your feet and work your way up towards your heart in circular motions. With 100% biodegradable apricot kernels, you exfoliate your skin and remove dead skin cells from your body. Leave it on.
6. Now apply Eco Facial Scrub to nose and chin - leave on for about 2 minutes. Using light circular movements, work from the nose towards the ears, forehead and chin and finish down towards the décolleté. Turn on the water and rinse off your face and body.
7. Step aside - turn on the coldest water you can handle. Get in the shower and rinse for at least 30 seconds under the coldest water possible. Turn off the shower. Apply some Muscle Liniment to your legs and shoulders. Put on your favorite robe and wash your hands thoroughly to remove all muscle liniment.
8. Now apply a generous amount of Cloudberry Facial Mask all over your face. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy a cold, soothing drink and soothing music.
