This is the best way to cool down in the summer heat!
1. Rinse your wrists with cold water where your pulse is - The feeling in your body will be cool and pleasant. Cold water on your neck works well too.

2. Drink an iced latte instead of hot drinks.

3. Take off your socks and put your feet in a cold bath. (If you want a long-lasting effect, pour in Sauna Cool Scrub from c/o Gerd with menthol)

4. Shower your body with Rosemary Body Shower from c/o Gerd. Contains cooling camphor essential oil.

5. Drink coconut water, the perfect mix of electrolytes to keep you hydrated! Peppermint in cold water to cool the body, but use a small dose of essential oil as it can be warming.

6. If it's HYSTERICALLY hot indoors and everyone else in the world has already bought up all the fans. Soak a blanket in ice cold water and wring it out thoroughly. Go to bed with your cold, damp blanket and you'll sleep like a log.

7. Chew ice cubes… Stop before you get a “brain freeze.” Delicious and cooling!

8. Sit down in a chair and breathe for a few minutes.

9. Drink Rooibos iced tea, eat watermelon and then sip cucumber water!
